NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top finance companies were up at the close of trading: Bank of America rose $.04 or .2 percent, to $17.00. CIT Group rose $.05 or 4.5 percent, to $1.17. Citigroup unchanged at $4.67. JPMorgan Chase rose $1.11 or 2.5 percent, to $44.91.
