NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top finance companies are mixed at noon: Bank of America fell $.06 or .3 percent, to $17.55. CIT Group rose $.00 or .1 percent, to $1.46. Citigroup fell $.02 or .5 percent, to $4.40. JPMorgan Chase fell $.03 or .1 percent, to $44.93.
